Quality Management System

InterConnect Communications is committed to maintaining a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and to continually improving the effectiveness of that system by a process of performance assessment and development. The objectives we seek to achieve through our quality management system are to:

  • Fully understand our customers’ needs and expectations
  • Deliver services which consistently satisfy these needs and expectations in an efficient manner which enables us to be profitable and grow our business
  • Develop our staff and provide a pleasant working environment

This policy and our objectives are reviewed and assessed on a regular basis through a process of management review.

The company’s business is the provision of telecommunications consultancy services to network operators, governments, regulatory athorities and other organisations involved in the telecommunications market.

LRQA logoLloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a leading international certification body, has approved InterConnect's quality system to ISO 9001:2008.

InterConnect was one of the first Management Consulting companies to gain this accreditation.

  • February 1998 - InterConnect receives its original approval
  • March 2004 - Renewal of certificate and approval to ISO9001: 2000
  • February 2007 - Current certificate renewed after successful triennial audit
  • March 2010 - Renewal of certificate and approval to ISO9001:2008
