The project management of a study for a regional development authority into the feasibility of providing a modern broadband network and services on a regional level, including technical, social and economic aspects. This required the planning, development and costing of a modern broadband network and an analysis of the market and service take-up;
Assessing the feasibility of a large area extranet to provide connectivity to multimedia-based businesses, including a detailed assessment of existing network infrastructure and services offered by the incumbent and other licensed operators, and the compilation of a range of costed options for network build in order to facilitate implementation and operation of the extranet;
