Finding Us

By Road
Chepstow is approximately 2 and a half hours drive from London on the M4 motorway; about 1 and a half hours from Birmingham on the M5; or 45 minutes from Cardiff on the M4.

From the M4 (Wales) you must take the M48 sign-posted to Chepstow, which is the next junction after Magor.

From the M4 or M5 (England) you must then take the M48 sign-posted to Chepstow and cross the old Severn Bridge. Note that there is a toll payable for both Severn Bridges as you enter from England. The toll is currently £5.30 (Jan 2008). There is no toll to cross back into England.

Exit the M48 at Junction 2 which is immediately on the Welsh side of the Severn Bridge.

Take the road sign-posted Chepstow and proceed to the next roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit, sign-posted Chepstow and Gloucester (A48).

Turn right at the traffic lights on the main road outside Tesco, and Merlin House is on the right after about 200 yards.

Please use the parking spaces immediately behind the building, marked ICC. If none are available, there is a free car park in front of our building.

By Train
There are regular train services from London, Birmingham, Cardiff and Bristol. Chepstow's railway station is directly across the road from Merlin House.
